SUMMARY:Endurance roller à Borély
DESCRIPTION:Endurance roller. Séance de test. \n21 km de patinage (semi-marathon)\, intensité modérée à rapide. Prendre comme référence le temps du dernier semi marathon officiel. \nCompte tenu des aménagements de la mairie aux portes du Parc Borély\, il n’est plus possible d’exploiter la piste cyclable pour ce type d’entrainement. Nous utiliserons donc le parking Est (payant\, donc relativement désert en hiver). \n\nLe mardi ASGUM propose des séances orientée endurance au Parc Borély. \nObjectifs sur l’année : améliorer l’endurance fondamentale\, gagner en résistance\, gérer l’effort longue durée. En fonction des séances le travail proposé pourra être léger ou intensif. Nous tiendrons compte des conditions entraînement et de compétition et de l’état de forme des troupes.
